How We Can Help
Taking the first step towards your relationship with substances is often the hardest part. At ePsychologists, we provide a safe, confidential and evidence-based space to explore your goals, whether that is abstinence, cutting down, reducing harms, or helping you to understand why you or your loved one uses substances.
Our Therapeutic Approach
There is not a one-size-fits-all model for treating substance use concerns. Our psychologists will use a range of approaches tailored to your unique situation, which may include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, supporting other mental health concerns (dual or multiple diagnoses, including trauma), and counselling for loved ones.
Other psychologists will have specific skillsets and approaches, please check Our Psychologists page for futher information.
Areas of Focus
We provide support for a wide range of concerns including:
Alcohol & Drugs
Behavioural Addictions
Health & Wellbeing
(including broader mental health support)
Relapse / Lapse Support
Family Assistance
If required, your psychologist will also be able to provide a tailored suite of options for medical management or rehabilitation.
Why Choose Us?
